If PayPal has given me a PayPal Buyer Credit, how do I use this (not credit card)?

A question by :  It declined me for a credit card and approved me for buyer credit?

“You can shop anywhere that accepts PayPal and choose the option “buyer credit” when you log into PayPal. PayPal will invoice you once a month, like a credit card. You will pay a portion of what you owe.”

“You can use it for purchases online, you don’t have a physical card to use in stores, just for online PayPal approved purchases. You can use it on sites like eBay or any PayPal accepting online company. That’s nice someone can repeat exactly what I said an hour after I said it…”
