If PayPal has given me a PayPal Buyer Credit, how do I use this (not credit card)?

A question by :  It declined me for a credit card and approved me for buyer credit?

“You can shop anywhere that accepts PayPal and choose the option “buyer credit” when you log into PayPal. PayPal will invoice you once a month, like a credit card. You will pay a portion of what you owe.”
