The Ceramic Ball Mill, also known as the Intermittence Ball Mill, is constructed with full-body ceramics. This compact mill is primarily designed for small batch trial production. It represents a new energy-saving ball mill technology developed by domestic beneficiation machinery experts. The Ceramic Ball Mill improves production ability, enhances crushing efficiency, and expands its application range. From limestone to basalt, and from stone production to various ore crushing, it provides exceptional crushing performance in medium, fine, and super-fine crushing tasks.

Working Principles:

  3. Impact and Grind: Steel balls fall, impacting and grinding the ore into fine particles.
  4. Discharge: Crushed ore is discharged from the mill. After grading in a spiral classifier, qualified products are picked up, while coarse sand returns to the ball mill for continued grinding.
  5. Continuous Operation: Material feeding machine continuously and evenly feeds the ore. Ceramic ball mill can operate continuously, 24 hours a day.
